CANCELLATION POLICY (COVID-19 UPDATE)

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we are making the following amendments to our Cancellation Policy at this point in time:

All course fees are non-refundable. However you may transfer to another course before the initially reserved class date and within 6̶ ̶m̶o̶n̶t̶h̶s̶ ̶12 months of your p̶u̶r̶c̶h̶a̶s̶e̶ ̶d̶a̶t̶e̶ original class date, upon request and approval.

The student is responsible for paying any difference in cost between ticket options before a transfer is considered completed. All transfers/change requests must be submitted 24 hour prior to original class date in order to be considered.

If you are not able to make it on the day of your ticketed class, you are permitted to find a replacement and transfer your ticket so long as such requests are made at least 24 hours in advance of the class. W̶e̶ ̶d̶o̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶a̶l̶l̶o̶w̶ ̶a̶ ̶t̶i̶c̶k̶e̶t̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶t̶r̶a̶n̶s̶f̶e̶r̶r̶e̶d̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶n̶ ̶o̶n̶c̶e̶.̶ We are not limiting ticket transfers at this time, but please don't consider a ticket transferred until you have received written confirmation from the HAIRMVMT team.

Students who have purchased tickets for a future class have the option to redeem their class credits towards online class materials at a discounted rate, and these classes include lifetime access. All digital class redemption requests must be submitted within 6 months of 2̶4̶ ̶h̶o̶u̶r̶ ̶p̶r̶i̶o̶r̶ ̶t̶o̶ original class date.

What are my options if I choose not to attend a class that I purchased a ticket for?

1. Choose a new class date/location to attend.
You're welcome transfer to another live course before the initially reserved class date and within 12 months of your original class date, upon request and approval so long as your transfer request is submitted at least 24 hour prior to the date of your original ticket date. Transfer submissions can be sent to support@hairmvmt.com - please be sure to include the name of the original ticket holder, the original location of your class and the new location you'd like to be transferred to.
2. Sell/Transfer your ticket
If you'd prefer - you are permitted to find a replacement for and transfer your ticket so long as such requests are made at least 24 hours in advance of the class. We are not limiting ticket transfers at this time, but please don't consider a ticket transferred until you have received written confirmation from the HAIRMVMT team. Ticket transfer submissions can be sent to support@hairmvmt.com - please be sure to include the name of the original ticket holder, the new student's full name, email address, and phone number in order for us to process your transfer.
3. Redeem for online class credit
We have a robust online platform that we are excited to make available as an option for those looking to opt-out of in-person education. Students transferring from live classes to digital are eligible to receive exclusive discounts based on originally purchased tickets. All online classes currently include lifetime access with purchase or redemption. All digital class redemption requests must be submitted within 6 months of original class date.
